Rao has denied the allegations but has already pleaded guilty to 30 sexual assault charges that involved nine of his former employees.
One of those employees was a 16-year-old girl who yesterday testified Rao had become "grumpy" when she tried to refuse his advances.
The girl, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was 15 years old when Rao approached her with the offer of work while she was at the car wash with a male friend.
She said although her friend also wanted work, Rao told her he "only wanted girls working there".

She said she used to earn $100 a day "just for sitting around" but after two weeks he started getting closer and touching her legs.
"Every time [he did that], he said that I was going to be on a trial, on a test of how far he could trust me, how far into the family I could be," she said.
She said he made her quit her work with at a fast food restaurant because he promised her extra money at the car wash.
After she quit, he showed her photographs of other girls he employed who were "part of the family".
One girl was photographed in a bikini at the beach, she said.
On another day he took her up to the roof of the car wash to show her where the girls liked to sunbathe and as he did so, he roped off a cage door that prevented her getting down the ladder, she testified.
She said he laid down a mattress kept on the roof and took her clothes off.
"He got a bit grumpy when I didn't want to do anything... He said the other girls did it and I was meant to be part of the family," she said.
After he had sex with her he went to buy her cigarettes and she got her mother to collect her.
She said she did not intend going back to work but she lived with her boyfriend and brothers, after their mother moved out, and was responsible for paying the rent.

A 60-year-old car wash manager has denied inappropriately touching and kissing his "chamois girls", claiming one of them was a liar with a criminal record.
James William Rao is on trial in Perth District Court on five charges of fondling and trying to kiss two women, who were 16 years old at the time and working at his Edgewater car wash in 2009.
He has pleaded not guilty and denied further allegations that he forced one of the women to give him oral sex at his Joondalup rental home while holding her against her will.

Mr Rao's defence counsel Belinda Lonsdale earlier conceded before the jury that her client had pleaded guilty to 30 of 37 other charges, which included engaging in sexual intercourse and indecently dealing with young teenage girls who worked for him.
The jury was today shown video footage of Mr Rao's police interview in which he denied any untoward behaviour to three of his employees, including the two current accusers.

A young woman has told a Perth court that she called her 60-year-old car wash manager "Hugh Hefner" after he attempted to make her his girlfriend.
Meanwhile the girl's friend has admitted to accepting nearly $2000 from the man because he was a "soft touch".
James William Rao stands accused of sexually abusing two women, then aged between 15 and 17, who he employed to polish and clean cars at his family's Edgewater car wash until early last year.

Yesterday one of the women told a District Court jury she had been forced to give Rao oral sex at his house in Joondalup in 2009 and had been molested on numerous occasions at the car wash.
Rao has already pleaded guilty to 30 charges ranging from inappropriately touching underage girls employed by him to engaging in sex with them.
The charges relate to nine former employees, including the woman who testified yesterday. None of the employees can be named for legal reasons.

"This is the biggest load of crock," he told police. "I will say this much, if someone do that to [you], would you go back to the car wash with [you]?
"If that was happening to me, I would have bolted."
He said the woman "tells a lot of lies" and had been threatening his staff and himself claiming she was owed money.
"This one's going to be a real doozy," he told police. "This girl has a criminal record, she stole money off us and done anything and everything to try and harass me."
He said he gave her "the boot" when he grew tired of her turning up to work hungover after clubbing and not working, and then asking for more money.
"After a while it got to a stage [where] every day she'd ring me and say 'I am in trouble, I need money'," he told police.
"I said 'what the hell do you think I am? A charity organisation?
